Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of kaleo.my (the “Site”) and the services provided by HEALTHY FOOD SYSTEM SDN. BHD. (“we”, “our”, “us”). By placing an order or using our Site, you agree to these Terms.

2. Orders and Payments

  • All orders must be placed and paid for in advance through the Site.

  • Payments are processed securely via our payment providers. We do not store full credit card details.

  • Orders are only confirmed once payment has been successfully received.

3. Delivery

  • Deliveries are made according to the schedule displayed on our Site.

  • Customers must ensure that someone is available at the delivery address to receive the order.

  • We are not responsible for delays or missed deliveries due to incorrect addresses or unavailability of the customer.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Orders can only be cancelled with a minimum of 48 hours’ notice before the scheduled delivery date.

  • Orders cannot be partially cancelled (e.g., one day out of a two-day plan). Each order is treated as a complete package.

  • Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within a reasonable period, subject to bank/payment provider timelines.

  • No refunds are provided for late cancellations or failure to receive delivery.

5. Staff Meals & Internal Policy

If applicable, employee staff meals are provided under Company policy and are not transferable to customers.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All menus, recipes, product designs, images, and content on the Site are the intellectual property of HEALTHY FOOD SYSTEM SDN. BHD.

  • Customers may not reproduce, distribute, or use any of our intellectual property without prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

  • While we take food safety seriously and comply with Malaysian regulations and local authorities’ requirements, we are not liable for allergic reactions or health issues if customers fail to inform us of dietary restrictions.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date.
