Delivery cost depends on your location and is calculated at checkout.

Deliveries are made every two days between 6:00 PM and 09:00 PM.
You can select any 60-minute time slot within this window.

Your plan starts the following morning.
For example, if your delivery arrives on Sunday evening, your meals are designed for Monday and Tuesday.

Yes. On our website, you’ll find a preference zone where you can easily exclude ingredients you don’t want — like beef or shellfish — so your meals always fit your taste.

At Kaleo, we offer 5 calorie options designed for different goals — from 1300 to 2500 kcal. Here’s how they work

  • Basic (~1300 kcal) — for healthy weight loss, no workouts required. 4 meals a day with 70+ g of protein.
  • Normal (~1500 kcal) — for maintaining your shape. 4 meals a day with 90+ g of protein.
  • Ultra (~1800 kcal) — 5 meals a day, perfect if you want a bit more energy while still keeping things balanced.
  • Sport (~2200 kcal) — 5 meals + 1 protein smoothie, built for active days and recovery.
  • Sport Pro (~2500 kcal) — for an active lifestyle and muscle gain. 5 meals + 2 protein smoothies, with extra protein and fewer carbs.

All meals stay fresh in the fridge at +2…+4 °C for up to 48 hours from the time of delivery.

Our meal order is designed with guidance from nutritionists: mornings have the most carbs, while evenings have the least. That’s why we don’t recommend switching meals around.
